History of 53mp.com
A 53 minute production was founded after the merging of several websites and services. The roots of 53mp can be traced back to 1997 when a good friend of mine Carl Rogers and I began to "compete" against each other in website design and programming. This was back in the day when Angelfire was one of the best free website providers around. After many hours of sweat and cases of
Jolt, our skills improved, and we began coding by hand. Fast forward a few years to the present...
About Me
I was born September 20, 1980 in California. A few years later in 2000, I joined the US NAVY as an ITSR. I was "trained" to work on computers and communications. I was then sent (kicking and screaming) to Oahu, Hawaii for 3 years. By the time I became an ITSN, I was a supervisor other 6 other Navy personnel, all who outranked me. When I became an IT3, I was put into an IT1 position. 3 years after arriving I sadly left Oahu as an IT2, a little wiser, a little older, and a lot tanner. From there I soon arrived in San Diego. After my enlistment was complete in early 2006, I became a full time freelance PHP/HTML programmer. In October of 2007 I moved back to the bay area to continue working, and as they say.. the rest is history.
In my spare time I enjoy teaching local high school marching bands, drum corps, and playing music. I also enjoy playing volleyball, building computers, playing computer games, paintball, working on my car, going to local car meets, and also racing at the tracks.
